Our services
Donation Ride provides premium executive transportation across Orange County, California, currently including Black Car and Van experiences. Some experiences shown on this site — such as motorcycles, e-bikes, jet skis and exotic cars — are upcoming: they are labeled “Coming Soon”, cannot be booked, and joining a waitlist does not create a reservation or guarantee availability, pricing or a launch date.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Bookings, pricing and payment
Prices, vehicle options and any additional terms are presented during the booking process before you confirm a reservation. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms applicable to your reservation are presented at the time of booking and in your confirmation. If you need help modifying a reservation, contact our team as early as possible through the contact page.
Conduct
You agree to use our services lawfully and to treat chauffeurs, staff and vehicles with respect. You may be responsible for damage caused to a vehicle beyond normal use. We may refuse or discontinue service where safety or legal concerns arise.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, graphics and branding — belongs to Donation Ride or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donation Ride disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Donation Ride operates in compliance with applicable California regulations and licensing requirements as each service category becomes operational.
